Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ProxyPigeon, a proxy diagnostics, proxy playback and authorised web-testing service. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Permitted use

You may use ProxyPigeon only for lawful proxy diagnostics, playback testing, availability testing and web-testing activity that you are authorised to perform. You are responsible for the proxy endpoints, target URLs, video URLs, credentials and data you submit, and for complying with the terms that apply to third-party platforms and content.

Prohibited use

You must not use ProxyPigeon to access systems without permission, evade security controls, conduct fraud, manipulate third-party engagement or advertising metrics, distribute malware, interfere with services, scrape or collect data unlawfully, or violate applicable law or third-party terms. Attempts to bypass safety controls may result in suspension or termination.

Proxy Player

Single Player and Bulk Player are remote playback/testing tools. ProxyPigeon does not guarantee that a third-party platform will recognise, count or treat any playback session in a particular way. You are responsible for ensuring your use of playback automation is authorised and compatible with the relevant platform rules.

Product changes

ProxyPigeon is actively developed. Features, limits and interfaces may change as the service develops. We aim to preserve paid account access, but specific external integrations or third-party-dependent behaviour cannot be guaranteed indefinitely.

Price and payment

The current offer is a one-time £99 payment unless a different price is clearly displayed before checkout. Eligible promotion codes may reduce the checkout price. Payment processing is provided by Stripe. Taxes, where applicable, may be added or handled according to checkout configuration and legal requirements.

Refunds and consumer rights

Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. If consumer cancellation or refund rights apply to you, they continue to apply. Contact support@proxypigeon.uk for payment or access issues.

Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific proxy performance, successful access to third-party targets, successful video playback through every proxy, or the continued availability of any external provider or platform. Maintenance, incidents, proxy failures and third-party outages may affect the service.

Third-party providers

ProxyPigeon may link to proxy providers and other third parties. Those services are independent and governed by their own terms. A link or comparison does not guarantee performance, suitability or availability.

Affiliate relationships

Some outbound provider links may generate a commission for ProxyPigeon. Affiliate status does not change the price you pay and does not guarantee a provider recommendation. See the Affiliate Disclosure for more detail.

Account security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProxyPigeon is provided on an “as available” basis and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of data, or third-party service failures arising from use of the service. Nothing limits liability where limitation is prohibited by law.

Termination

We may restrict or terminate access for material breach of these terms, unlawful activity, abuse of the service, or serious security risk.

Changes

We may update these terms as ProxyPigeon evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
